Meeting of employees of Atari Games and Tengen

(1 / 3)

Message from the President:

I would like to have a meeting with all the employees from 11:00 to
11:30 a.m. on May 8 in the cafeteria to discuss the general status
of the company's current business and legal situation. With me in
attendance will be Mr. Marty Payson, Vice Chairman of Time Warner
who is also a member of the Atari Board of Directors. He also will
say a few words at the meeting.

Please adjust your schedules to be in the cafeteria so that the
meeting can start promptly at 11:00 a.m. The cafeteria will
resume serving after 11:30 a.m.

From 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. I am planning, tentatively, to have a
tour of Atari and Tengen with Mr. Payson. However, we may or
may not have enough time to do this depending upon the agenda
of that day.

Facility Cleanup 2:00-4:00 Today (Tuesday)

(2 / 3)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Because we have not done it in a while, and because of a VIP
tour tomorrow, we will be having a cleanup this afternoon from
2:00 to 3:00 (or however long it takes).

Chris, Pat, and I will be available for advice on what to do
with things you don't want. We will have carts you can put it
on. You should try to make your labs look tidy -- the janitors
will clean the floors tonight.

There are a lot of games in the common area and in the lab
corridors that are either sold or to be sold. These games will
be moved to the warehouse. If you have purchased a game but not
taken it home, you can take it home by May 24. After that time,
it will be sold (again) to someone who will take it home.

I will have drinks for those participating. Thanks for your help!

John

P.S. Techs should plan on 2:00-4:00.
