Production has noted several games that generate watchdog resets on
power up.  I have also observed this on some field test units on the East 
coast.  All the failures are on the right hand side.  I am asking Jed and
Pat to help me solve this problem.  I speculate that some part of the Steel
Talons is coming up faster than another.  What is unigue about the right side
versus the left?  How can I determine where the watchdog error occurs?

	Manufacturing observed no GSP timeout errors over last night with the
games running the attract mode.
