I have done the mods for Plan B on Rotberg's board. I have written up a
deviation and brought it to Manufacturing. I will ECN the Parts List.

I have noticed two things:
  1. The power supply connected to Rotberg's system is flakey and generally
     refuses to start after it is switched off.

  2. The MultiSync Board is lying flat on the table without standoffs
     so that whatever dirt and crud happens to have been incorporated
     into the surface of said table gets to contribute to leakage paths
     to high impedance inputs.
