The Company has accepted Mr. Shane Breaks' resignation effective
immediately.

I would like to announce that Mr. Mike Taylor has been appointed 
Vice President of Sales for Atari Games effective today.  European
sales will continue to be handled by David Smith.

I am very pleased that Mike has accepted this new management
assignment and ask that you please give him your full support.

"Since 1984, Mr. Nevin has served as the Managing Director of

coin-operated operational aspects of the business in Europe.
Mr. Nevin joined Atari in 1979 as Ireland's Controller.
