For those programmers out there who will be using Microtec, do 
not use the symbol "msp" in your C or ASM files.  This symbol is a reserved
symbol.  Apparently, there is a register of that name on the 68020.  Thus the 
68000/68010 assembler will generate some non-informative error on lines using
this symbol.
