It seems to me.......

(1 / 1)

Yesterday I was making my usual dead complete stop at the four-way
intersection, because I know better. Oliver Sudden, an unmarked Milpitas
patrol car roared out of the parking lot from behind a tree and another
big car to chase after a California stopper. Something suddenly occured
to me! These numbheads are sitting on private property.

Can they do that? Can't the owners of the property tell them to get lost?
Catching people for traffic violations is not a matter of immeadiate
public safety. They should have to have permission to use the parking lot
like anyone else.

Maybe the only way to get rid of them is to put pressure on the owners of
the property to ask the police to go elsewhere. Whadda you think?

If Milpitas really is this set on filling their coffers, why don't they
just put a fu**ing toll booth on Barber Lane?
