This is an up-date on what has been happening with licensing of our titles
to outside publishers.  We have just closed the following licensing deals:
              TH Q, INC., licensed Road Riot, Pit-Fighter and Race 
                          Drivin' for the Super NES; Pit-Fighter 
                          for Gameboy
              ELECTRONIC
                   ARTS, licensed Marble Madness for Sega Genesis and 
                         Rampart for IBM and Super NES

              ATARI CORP, licensed Rampart for Lynx and 7800


We are also actively working on other licenses and will keep you posted
to all future licenses we make.
