Wayne Winther, the local rep for DATA I/O is coming in tomorrow to go over the details of a UNISITE programmer which I plan to purchase. There are several modules for the UNISITE so I want to make sure we get what we need. The unisite is primarily a PAL/GAL/FPGA/EPLD universal logic programmer, though there is EPROM gang programmer module available also. Also ABEL-4 for VMS is finally released. This version has many new features including the ability to process logic without specifying the target device. We will be upgrading to ABEL 4 but we will not get the retargetters unless we need them. If you have other issues to raise, or have specific requirements for logic programming that we need to be able to handle (Other that the regular PALs/GALs that we use now, please let me know and I will cover it or you can come by. Pat.
