I need to request all employees help in insuring that Atari
Games get the most competitive pricing on all office equipment
and office supply requests.  If you are attempting to purchase
any materials, please contact me before placing the order.  
Many times an item appears less expensive through a mail order
catalog, but when shipping and handling is included, the cost
exceeds what Atari Games would pay through a local supplier.

If you have a vague idea of what you want to purchase, stop by
my office (knock if the door is shut), call me on Ext. 3746 or
vax me at 'Dave' and I will let you look through my catalogs.
If you have found exactly what you want in a catalog, at a show-
room, etc., BEFORE placing the order, let me know and I will
check local prices and we will decide, the quickest and least
costly supplier.

Please remember to coordinate through your local Office Services
Coordinator, Dave Pasquinelli, for all office supplies, equipment,
or any related items.
