You are invited to a brainstorming session, currently scheduled 
for Wednesday, Jan. 16 from 12:00 to 2:00.

The focus of the session will be on corporate strategy. For example:
	
	What does Atari do?
	What does Atari do better than our competitors?
	What are our unique advantages?
	How can we capitalize on these advantages?
	What areas do we want to explore?
	What new capabilities should be developed?
	etc.

We will have approximately 10 people in each group. The 
moderators will be chosen from the Engineering and Marketing 
Directors (Rick Moncrief, Pete Takaichi, Chris Downend, Mary 
Fujihara, and yours truly).

If you are interested in attending, please RSVP by VAX to RAY 
by end of day tomorrow (Friday). I will organize the 
participants into "well-rounded" groups and assign moderators 
by Tuesday. You will receive details of your meeting place and 
moderator on Tuesday.
