	Last night, Jed measured the thumper at 119db.  I have asked Rick 
Meyette for the UL or lawfull noise levels permitted.  Considering the short 
time we have left before release, I believe we may need an electrical 
engineer to help you design this to meet the noise requirements.

	Suggestions I have heard are: reduce the throw of the solenoid,
use a smaller solenoid, reduce the voltage to the soleneoid, add rubber
stops to the solenoid, ....

	I have asked Rick Moncrief whether Jed is the engineer on the project
or if I should ask PaT McCarthy for assistance.  I should have an answer today.
