Ok, now I've converted all the utilities normally used to muck with RAD files
to handle the new file format.  This means you should be able to use the new
version(s) of RAD without converting the files (via CONVRAD).  

The only time you should need to convert now is if you find a bug in RAD v1.5 
and need to work on that file with an older version of RAD.
