I've made some changes to the RAD file format that result in smaller RAD files.
The newer file format starts in the next version of RAD (V1.5) that is in testing
with some of the animators (currently Bridget, Sean & Mark).  

As a result of these changes, the programs that read RAD files on the VAX will 
have to be updated.  I have already converted PBCOLOR, and rewritten RADOPS to 
support the new and old file versions.  If you have any tools of your own that
read RAD files, let me know and I'll give details of the changes (they're fairly
minor).

What this means to you is that I'll be re-releasing any of the VAX tools that read
RAD files as fast as I can get them rewritten and tested.  The newer versions will
be able to read both old and new formats, and will additionally recognize MacBinary
format RAD files.

Today's release is PBCOLOR (it's the first one anybody complained about).
Next stop is CELPROCESS, followed closely by RADMOD.
