For PC users:

Some PCs power on with NUMLOCK on. If this annoys you, you can 
download [ray]lockkey2.com and call it from your autoexec.bat.
LOCKKEY2.DOC -- a couple sentences of documentation
LOCKKEY2.DBG -- the file I typed in (from PC World) 
LOCKKEY2.COM -- the executable file

You can also turn on or off Capslock and Scrollock with this 
file.
