We are pleased to announce two organizational changes within Tengen/
Atari Games, effective Monday, November 18, 1991.  

Jeannine Bishop, formerly Sales Administrator, will become Marketing
Administrator, reporting directly to Ted Hoff.  Jeannine will now
assume the responsibilities for media buying, marketing planning,
sales and marketing reports, and trade shows.  

We are pleased to welcome back to Tengen from Atari Games Lisa Jarneski,
who will be the new Sales Administrator.  Lisa will now be responsible
for sales order entry and preparation and release of all Tengen product
shipments.  Lisa will report to Ted Hoff.

Congratulations to both Jeannine and Lisa in their new positions.
