Insurance Open Enrollment Period is about to expire  ---

All changes to your health insurance coverage for 1992 must be received
by Human Resources before the end of this Friday, December 13.  If you
don't act now, the only changes that can be made to your insurance coverage
until December '92 are the birth of a child, or if your dependent(s) lose
coverage, you may add them (within 30 days of the event) or you can drop
dependents at any time.

But, if you wish to change carriers or just add a dependent, now is the 
only opportunity until next year at this same time.

Don't delay - OPEN ENROLLMENT is about to expire - 2 days and counting!
