Yesterday, United States Congressional Representative Dennis Eckart (D-Ohio) wrote an eleven-page letter to the Justice Department requesting that they initiate an investigation into the business practices of Nintendo of America. In particular, Rep. Eckart stated that he has conducted, through the House Subcommittee he chairs, an extensive investigation of Nintendo that has uncovered evidence that raises serious anti-trust issues. Rep. Eckart's letter has been distributed to the press and is a public document. If you wish to read the letter, it will be posted on bulletin boards in the following areas: Engineering common, Cafeteria, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Human Resources, AOI and Tengen. --DENNIS WOOD--
