I have released new versions of the above programs.  They are in utl$pps.
The difference is that they will deal with the new RAD file format in
addition to the old one.  This means that the users of RAD 1.5 (a.k.a. NRAD)
won't have to convert their files anymore.

As always, if any problems occur, let me know.  If you need the older version
of either of these programs, it now resides in:
	
		EE$USERDISK:[pps.utilities.obsolete]

When I said the animators didn't have to convert their files anymore, I meant
they didn't have to convert unless they use:

		RADMOD
		TEK
		RADTOPIF

on the files.  I'll get these changed as soon as possible and let you know
when all are done and the evil CONVRAD program can be left in the past.
