Manufacturing will be closed for seven weeks starting 12/23/1991. There will be
minimal purchasing and warehousing staffing. Doug Pasquinelli will be available
in purchasing starting January 6. He will be responsible for ALL purchasing
and receiving activity during the shutdown.

Warrior is scheduled to be released January 2 and the following manufacturing
personnel will be onboard to accomodate the release:

Jim Breshears and I will be here throughout the shutdown period. Ken Williams,
Steve Williamson, and Rob Bryant will in and out during the shutdown. 

Physical Inventory is scheduled for the week of January 27. All Materials
personnel will report back to work at that time.  Video and PCB production
personnel are schedule to report back on February 10.

Please have all Purchase Requisition to purchasing by noon, Thursday December
19. Purchasing, as well as the other departments will be spending Friday putting
their offices in order for the shutdown period.  This will require the bulk of
their time during the day.
