It has come to my attention that using llf to "compress" your .ol files to .lb files is a bad idea for files containing ".org"s to absolute addresses. Dave says he'll fix it eventually, but meanwhile, _don't_ do it to xxx_root.ol (whatever program you have that includes gen_root.asm). Since this is (usually) the only file with absolute ".org"s (for the vectors), just using the .ol file should be a suitable work-around. If you are confused, call or e-mail me. If you have _no_idea_ what I'm talking about, it probably doesn't matter. Mike
