Does anyone out there have a C++ compiler I can use?  I'm taking a C++ class
this semester, and just found out that we have to supply our own.  Any PC,
Macintosh, VAX, or Sun compiler will probably do except for the GNU C++,
which doesn't support a ATT 2.0 streams (which the prof requires).
