I'll be on vacation until 7/22 and then be out again 7/23-7/25 (I got sucked into the Nintendo legal quagmire). You can refer your problem calls to Mike Albaugh (x1709) and/or Jim Petrick (x1777) and they may be able to figure out what to do about your troubles. Keep in mind that these guys have expertise and experience in entirely different areas then what what you might be working in (as do I for that matter). If you explain to them what it is you do, exactly how you do it and what's not working correctly, they will have a better chance of solving your problem. For printer problems, please call the service organization that is listed on the printer and give them the serial number of the printer. There seems to be two main catagories of MANMAN problems. One is the "stuck" terminal problem which is really a lock conflict. This problem is the one that happens most (at least of the ones reported to me). Mike or Jim can run a procedure to find out who is causing the lock conflict and you can get it resolved that way. The other MANMAN problems are failures of the various commands to do what they are supposed to. ASK will have to fix those, since nobody here knows how to do it. Good luck, BCNU sometime near August. ds
