 I'm doing a project for my applied elec. design class where we have to 
interface some fiber optics with a microcomputer using voltage conversion
to digital data between the computers I/O ports.  I was wondering if I
may model my basic A-D ckt after yours.  You wouldn't mind, would you?

 I'll tell you more about it when I come back from vacation next week.
