Our friends, the civil servants that park near here in those official
black and white cars, have found a new hiding place in the fields near
McCarthy and 237.  One was spotted in the brush next to the new ramp
for 237 West off of McCarthy.  You know, that signal that has nobody to
really signal to because there is currently no real cross-traffic (except
from the field)...well it turns red anyway sometimes and you are supposed
to stop even when there are no other cars around.

Drive defensively!
