Today Dennis showed me how to program the TMS320 chip.  But it seems
we " THE ROADRIOT TEAM " were not clear about what setting the R-bit
does to the chip with respect to re-using/re-programming it.

  Thankyou JED & ERIC for pointing out the R-bit to me, and explaining
how it works. 

  Knowing that the security bit is set on these chips makes the 
piracy that much slower, and we can always ERASE THE CHIPS TO RE-BURN
them if we need to.

 I'll personally make sure that none of the 320 chips will leave 
this building without the lock on them.
