Porsche 911S for sale

(1 / 1)

Well, it's time for a change. I've had this Porsche for 8 years, and am now
selling it. It is mechanically sound, very good condition inside and out, and I
wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country tomorrow. (Don't worry -- I
plan on buying another Porsche.) If you are interested in a very-well-cared-
for car, read on.

1977 Porsche 911S -- Coupe with Electric Sunroof

-	Iris Blue Metallic paint with clear coat; sanded down to bare metal and
painted three years ago. Painted (not chrome) headlight rims. Hella H-4
halogen headlights, amber Cibie fog lights.

-	Black and cork interior, black headliner. Leather seats and steering
wheel. Driver's seat has sheepskin cover. Floor mats.

-	Amenities: Factory air conditioning, power windows, power brakes, rear
defroster, right-hand mirror added (both mirrors defrost and have
electric motors), bra, and car cover.

-	Sound system: four Pioneer speakers, electric antenna. An AM/FM/cassette
is negotiable. Ungo Box alarm system with ignition kill switch.

-	2.7 liter, 165 hp engine was completely overhauled about 67K miles ago.
NUMEROUS improvements made to the engine: see me for details. Suffice it
to say the engine runs cool. 5-speed transmission is in good condition.

-	Gold-center BBS wheels. Front tires are still good; rear ones are only
5 months old. Front brake discs replaced in 1987.

-	Specs: 0-60 mph acceleration about 7.3 secs. or less. Takes ANY
gas of 87 octane or higher; gets 17-25 mpg. Easily passes smog tests.

-	All records for the last eight years are available. Price: $13,500.
I'll even throw in a DMV certificate for a personalized license plate.
(High Blue Book price for this year and model is $14,450.)
