I already returned my copy of the instruction manual to Andrea; however,
Elaine may want to ask operators to return the old EPROMs for credit.  She
will be reviewing this with Bob Stewart to see if it is worth the trouble.

Since we are not charging customers for the kit, it makes it difficult 
to send them a credit.  Also, our accounting system is not set up to give 
credits back directly to operators.  Basically, we would be buying EPROMs
directly from operators.
