Is one of your New Year's resolutions to organize your hifi and TV setup?
If so, I have two solutions. I am selling my TV/VCR cart and Scandinavian oak
hi-fi cabinet. I'm buying an entertainment unit that will hold everything, and
it's due here in mid-February. Therefore, these two items will be available in
about 2 weeks.
TV CART: High-quality medium-dark wood laminate with rounded corners, casters,
and open shelf below for a VCR. The shelf is reversible: one side has the wood
laminate, the other side has a cane look. Perfect condition. (I have a picture
of this cart in my office.) $25.
HI-FI CABINET: Medium-gold tight-grained oak with radiused front edges; ample
room for 3 components inside, and 4 compartments for records at the bottom. A
turntable fits on top. Wood is in immaculate condition. This cabinet had a
smoke glass door, which no longer exists. I got a quote from a local glass shop
to have a new piece of glass cut for $54. I still have all the silver-colored
door hardware. Remote controls work through the smoke glass, by the way. Open
back allows for easy cable connections. 23 1/8" w x 18 1/8" D x 38" H. $60, or
negotiable with new glass door.
